Senior Manager, Cash and Order Operations

The role of Senior Manager, Cash and Order Operations requires a strong leader with expertise in the order-to-cash process. As the head of this team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process, from cash applications to B2B collections, billing, and credit management. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a global client's order-to-cash process, managing a team of around 50 employees.
  • Developing and implementing performance metrics to measure accuracy and timeliness, reporting out on these metrics globally.
  • Proactively addressing any dips in process performance, providing short-term and long-term solutions.

A successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of B2B collections and cash applications, as well as relevant team management experience (min 40 people). SAP experience in managing cash-applications and collections is also preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer relationship-building skills, and the ability to analyze and problem-solve.

Requirements
  • B.Com Graduation (MBA - Finance preferred)
  • Meaningful experience in Order to Cash
