Order Fulfillment Coordinator

The role of Order Fulfillment Coordinator involves playing a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers by ensuring seamless order fulfillment from acceptance to delivery.

This position operates within a dynamic environment that demands strong time management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric mindset, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a positive attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process email Purchase Orders from end-users via Salesforce and SAP
  • Retrieve orders from partner portals and process them into SAP
  • Verify pricing against customer contracts or approved discount matrices
  • Verify product availability
  • Ccoordinate with Purchasing teams to determine lead times when supply is not available
  • Exercise discretion to prioritize product allocations when supply is limited
  • Provide inside sales support, including interface with Customer Master Data, Credit, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales teams
  • Process customer returns and credit note requests in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and lead times
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, responding promptly
  • Consistently review backlogs to ensure compliance with company booking policies, including requirements impacting revenue recognition
  • Complete self-training modules in SAP as needed
  • Log customer complaints (CCAR's) in SAP
  • Create Salesforce cases to request additional addresses or contacts be added to SAP
