Customer Order Management Professional

The role of a Customer Order Management Professional revolves around effectively managing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include understanding customer application requirements, suggesting suitable products, coordinating orders with production and logistics, addressing customer complaints and issues, and performing assigned projects and activities.

A key focus area for this position is building strong relationships with clients while working closely with various departments to deliver operational excellence and meet the company's value proposition.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in mechanical engineering and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:
