Job Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance and governance of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and interpret complex regulations, guidelines, and circulars issued by SEBI, Exchanges, Depositories, and PFRDA to address queries and alerts from the Exchange.
  • Handle audits mandated by NSE and BSE, ensuring timely completion and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Implement the latest regulatory updates and best practices, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance.
  • Prepare and disseminate compliance calendars to relevant teams, ensuring timely submissions and minimizing risks.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site inspections, collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Oversee new product launches, working closely with the team to develop innovative solutions and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and analytics through our Governance Dashboard, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration.
  • Address additional compliance requirements, such as segment activation and software approvals, to maintain a robust and compliant framework.
