
Relationship Developer for Business Growth

The primary objective of this role is to provide tailored financial solutions that meet the dynamic needs of business banking clients. To achieve this, we are looking for a skilled professional who can build and maintain exceptional relationships with our customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for business banking by utilizing in-depth credit assessment knowledge and an understanding of liability, Forex, and trade relationships.
- Monitor and manage client portfolios effectively, ensuring continuous growth, retention, and portfolio hygiene.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with branch banking teams to drive synergy optimization and collaboration within the bank ecosystem.
- Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and customer feedback from various channels.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
- Develop sales plans and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, maths, commerce, arts, science, biology, business, computers, or management.
- Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM.
- Preferred Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
