Human Capital Management (HCM) Solutions Consultant

This is a key role in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) suite.

Collaboration with business stakeholders is crucial in this position, as it involves gathering HR and business requirements, analyzing existing processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Solution Design and Development:

  1. Analyze business requirements and design SAP SuccessFactors solutions accordingly.
  2. Develop and present functional and technical design documents.

Configuration and Customization:

  1. Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules according to business requirements.
  2. Develop and implement custom solutions when needed.

Integration Management and Data Management:

  1. Develop and manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
  2. Understand data flow, structure, and mapping, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

User Training and Support:

  1. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors within the organization.

Documentation and Collaboration:

  1. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SuccessFactors configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes.
  2. Cross-functional collaboration is essential in this role to optimize the use of SuccessFactors in various business processes.

Vendor Management and Upgrades:

  1. Work closely with the vendor, driving functional and technical discussion, validating solutions proposed by the vendor, and ensuring timely delivery.
  2. Stay informed about new releases and updates to SuccessFactors, planning and executing system upgrades, applying patches, and implementing new features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Consultants having SAP SuccessFactors Associate/Professional Certification will be preferred.
  • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Techno-Functional Consultant in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Onboarding/Offboarding, EC, Performance, and Compensation modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
