Human Capital Expert (HR Executive)
who will play a key role in shaping our workforce, culture, and growth. This role is designed for a proactive HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance strategy with execution.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for various business verticals.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and cultural integration for new hires.

2. Human Capital Management

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS, and payroll support.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Support workforce planning aligned with company objectives.

3. Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Create initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Assist in performance appraisals and employee career development plans.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain workplace harmony.

4. Learning & Development

  • Organize training, workshops, and skill-building sessions.
  • Track learning outcomes and contribute to capability enhancement.

5. HR Strategy & Culture Building

  • Partner with leadership to build a performance-driven culture.
  • Promote values, ethics, and workplace discipline across teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Hiring Efficiency:
    Average time-to-fill positions and quality of hires.
  • Retention:
    Employee attrition rate and retention percentage.
  • Payroll & Compliance:
    Accuracy and timeliness in payroll and statutory compliance.
  • Engagement:
    Employee satisfaction survey scores and participation in engagement activities.
  • Training:
    Average training hours per employee and post-training effectiveness.
  • Grievance Management:
    Turnaround time for grievance resolution.
  • Policy Adherence:
    Zero major non-compliance or HR policy breaches.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.
