Leadership Position in HR Management

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources leader to spearhead our workforce functions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of labor regulations, compliance, and human capital management across construction, interior design, and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for key roles in construction, interior design, and real estate.
  • Promote a high-performance work culture through structured performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws (BOCW Act, EPF, ESI) in the construction and interior design sectors.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR strategy and workforce planning.
  • Design competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
  • Moderate disputes, grievances, and employee relations issues professionally.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 8-15 years of experience in HR leadership roles (preferably in real estate, construction, or interior design).
  • A postgraduate degree in HR / Human Resource Management.
  • A deep understanding of labor regulations, compliance, and human capital management across construction, interior design, and real estate.
