Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) - Hospital Industry

Work Location: Hyderabad

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join one of the best maternity hospitals in Hyderabad. The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a key member of the hospitals executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the hospital. The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR strategy aligned with hospital goals and patient-centric culture.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management.
  • Drive employee engagement, grievance redressal, and labor law compliance.
  • Implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (NABH/JCI).
  • Lead learning & development initiatives for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Drive HR digital transformation (HRMS, analytics, automation).

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification from premium institutes.
  • 20+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 8 to 10 years in the hospital/healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and healthcare HR practices.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and build an engaging, ethical workplace culture.
