Senior Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. They will have a deep understanding of employer branding, both internally and externally, and be able to sell a compelling vision to stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should have expertise in talent acquisition, people operations, people partnering, and learning & development. You will own the Learning & Development function, navigating unknown territories and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the employee experience
  • Lead the Learning & Development function, including curriculum design and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cultural evolution
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on talent acquisition and development initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, people operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving cultural transformation and improving employee engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
