Our organization is embarking on a pivotal journey, seeking an experienced leader to spearhead transformative change in our people function. This dynamic role presents a unique opportunity to shape systems, drive compliance, and rebuild processes, fostering long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational transformation and people initiatives.
  • Take ownership of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws), and employee relations.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and appraisal systems aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases, and MIS reports.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency, and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and statutory bodies as required.
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making.

We require a strong professional with 6-8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/engineering/industrial background. The ideal candidate will have completed schooling in an English-medium environment and possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Bengali/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll.
  • Ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.
  • Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems & processes.
