Senior IT Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of IT to drive strategic transformations and lead our IT department into a competitive advantage.

About the Role:

As a Senior Director of IT, you will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and be accountable for driving complete IT transformation from strategy to execution.

You will be responsible for building a strategic IT function that aligns with core business objectives, fosters continuous improvement, and establishes robust governance.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading IT transformations, building innovative solutions, and driving business growth
  • Championing innovation with AI & Automation to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and unlock new business value
  • Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles leading significant IT transformations
  • Proven hands-on experience working within smaller, agile organizational structures
  • Deep expertise in IT automation and the practical application of AI/ML within an IT setting
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework, operational excellence, cloud computing, and IT service management best practices
  • Extensive experience supporting the IT infrastructure of digital marketing and call center ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's preferred
