About this role

As an experienced leader in digital transformation, you will be responsible for driving the design, build, and configuration of applications with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will oversee project execution, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of technical expertise and leadership skills to mentor teams, solve complex problems, and enhance application performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and SAP ABAP RAP.
  • Lead application design, configuration, and implementation aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive key technical decisions.
  • Provide solutions to critical issues within the immediate team and across projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to strengthen their technical capabilities.
  • Continuously monitor, assess, and optimize application performance and user experience.
  • Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently met.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and SAP ABAP RAP.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Proven ability to lead application development initiatives end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree (15 years of full-time education).
