Job Description

The Corporate HR Head will spearhead the transformation and embedding of our organisational culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reports on HR, Payroll, and Learning & Development, including Employment Law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development.
  • Advise and strategize on effective employment policies across the company.
  • Lead professional development for HR staff to increase knowledge, share best practices, and ensure relevant standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, accepted standards, policies, and procedures, including data protection, the Equality Act, and health and safety.
  • Manage HR Strategy, core areas, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward, and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement with a focus on engagement, welfare activities, productivity, devolving HR responsibilities, and building leadership capability.
  • Lead organisational culture transformation, ensuring company values and approach are displayed.
  • Execute diversity, equality, and inclusion plans aligning with business strategy and commitments.
  • Regularly coach, mentor, and support senior colleagues to identify strengths, development needs, and encourage retention.
  • Ensure managers are skilled to manage workforce issues.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in HR or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in HR roles.
  • Able to create people strategies.
  • Commercial acumen and metrics-driven performance.
  • Pro-active attitude, integrity, and passion for leading.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive manner.
  • Agile work ethic, curious mindset, and creative problem-solving.
  • Experience managing skilled teams and making quick decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Commitment to collaboration and inspiring role models.
