Job Title: Regional Order Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regional Order Manager.

About the Role:

  • This role will involve managing regional sales teams, prioritizing orders/customers based on assigned parameters, and verifying demand against available POs, LCs, regulatory clearances, artwork details, SKU codes, and other customer-specific requirements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing order status in systems, gathering information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules, and highlighting potential issues affecting defined timelines.
  • This role will also involve taking end-to-end ownership of assigned orders for regions, driving documentation related to shipments with CFT teams, and mitigating risks/delays proactively to avoid demurrage/penalties.
  • A key aspect of this role will be attending relevant meetings to obtain data and information on open orders and their status updates, identifying and resolving issues with sales teams, and arranging cross-functional meetings to resolve bottlenecks for priority orders and ensure On-Time-In-Full delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain principles, preferably in the Pharma industry.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • SAP knowledge essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Decision-making and prioritization abilities.
  • Negotiation skills/conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding and working around constraints.
  • Plant PPIC concepts clarity, prior experience essential.
  • Excellent time management and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills.
