Sales Development Manager Role
The primary objective of this position is to spearhead the entire B2B sales lifecycle, driving sales from lead generation to closure for intelligent products.
This includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering product demonstrations and technical pitches.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will maintain an active project pipeline, track engagement and progress at every stage, stay updated on market trends and competitor analysis, and drive sales targets while owning regional sales targets and working strategically to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
To succeed in this role, a bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA, along with 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in smart home solutions, real estate, IoT, or automation, is essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
