Revenue Recognition Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Revenue Recognition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recognition of revenue in compliance with accounting standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement revenue recognition solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Configure SAP RAR to set up revenue recognition rules, revenue accounting rules, and reporting.
  • Develop test scripts and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets client requirements.
  • Provide training to end-users on the use of SAP RAR and create documentation for system administrators and end-users.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP RAR solutions, working closely with clients and other project team members to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation and provide support to clients during the go-live phase.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue recognition and accounting.
  • Proficiency in SAP RAR configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition rules, revenue accounting rules, and technical integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
