Oracle Subscription Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Oracle Subscription Management to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of this module in our cloud environment.

This role will be critical in ensuring the successful deployment and operation of the Oracle Subscription Management module.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge with technical expertise too of subscription lifecycle processes, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Oracle Subscription Management module.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.

• Define and configure subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules.

• Support integration activities with other cloud modules and external systems.

• Perform testing and validation of configurations to ensure business requirements are met.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users of the Oracle Subscription Management module.

• Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a cloud environment.

• Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.

• Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.

• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
