
Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled RevOps specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across marketing, sales, and service hubs, ensuring seamless integration and revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing, mapping revenue processes, and building scalable workflows and automations.
The ideal candidate will also implement integrations with other platforms, audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages, and build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across marketing, sales, and service hubs
- Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing
- Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations
- Implement integrations with other platforms
- Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups (Marketing + CRM + CX)
- Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling
- Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs)
- Analytical mindset — ability to find leaks in the funnel and back it up with data
