
Scaling Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Lead to join our team.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and executing our marketing and sales engine from the ground up.
Your primary focus will be on demand generation, outbound prospecting, early-stage sales, and partnerships. You will work closely with our founder and technical team to design, test, and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and scalability.
- Demand Generation: Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and revenue growth.
- Outbound Sales Development: Build relationships with decision-makers, craft outreach sequences, and book meetings to drive sales pipeline growth.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, manage CRM, and move deals forward to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Content & Assets: Create high-quality landing pages, case studies, and comparison pages to drive inbound leads and increase conversion rates.
- Partnerships: Establish relationships with ecosystem partners, marketplaces, and industry communities to drive new business opportunities.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to optimize growth strategies and improve ROI.
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales.
- Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting tools, paid acquisition channels, and content-driven growth strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- A self-starter mentality, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving results in fast-paced environments.
