Job Summary

We are seeking a Legal Associate to join our team. This is a key role that will require strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to support the company's operations and growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Consultancy Agreements and manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Corporate & Internal Policies: Develop and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.
  • Legal Notices & Compliance Support: Create legal notices and respond to queries or notices from statutory and regulatory authorities. Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on issues involving regulatory and statutory compliance.
  • Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues. Assist in the preparation of internal legal memoranda and risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.

This role is suitable for an individual with a minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
