Job Title: Supreme Court Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supreme Court Attorney to fill this role. This is a full-time, on-site position.

About the Position:

  • We are looking for an expert in Family Law with a proven track record of handling litigation and advisory cases.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in family law matters, attending court hearings, providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and conducting legal research.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • You will also be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations relevant to family law.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Family Law, including litigation and advisory.
  • Strong skills in legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their legal needs.
  • Sound knowledge of current laws and regulations related to family law.
  • Experience in representing clients in the Supreme Court is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a legal team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Membership in the Bar Council of India.
