Employment Law Specialist

The role of Employment Law Specialist is to provide expert advice and support to clients on employment law matters.

This involves advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including employment contracts, HR policies, compensation structures, and termination matters. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for representing clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and other forums as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employment law matters, including employment contracts, HR policies, and compensation structures.
  • Represent clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and other forums as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including litigation, corporate, and compliance teams.
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates in the practice.

Candidate Profile:

  • LL.B. from a reputed law school.
  • 7–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a top-tier law firm or leading in-house legal department.
  • Strong command of labour laws, industrial regulations, and case law developments.
  • Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with excellent client-handling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments independently and under deadlines.
  • Team player with a collaborative working style.
