About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to legal research, drafting, compliance, and case/work file management. It is an excellent opportunity for law students to gain practical experience and develop professional skills in a corporate/legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations.
  • Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, notices, and legal opinions.
  • Support the team in litigation matters, case briefs, and preparing court documents.
  • Review and summarize legal documents, policies, and reports.
  • Assist in contract lifecycle management (review, tracking, compliance checks).
  • Maintain and organize legal files, databases, and documentation.
  • Stay updated on recent legal developments and provide insights to the team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Pursuing LL.B./B.A. LL.B. or equivalent law degree (preferably 2nd/3rd year onwards).
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
