This role demands excellence in protection, compliance, and enabling outcomes. We are hiring a legal professional to lead this function into its next phase of depth, agility, and strategic partnership.

Role Overview:

As a legal leader, you will serve as the custodian of all legal strategy, execution, and governance across our entities and investment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all legal documentation and execution for investment transactions, fund raises, and internal structuring.
  • Serve as the final reviewer and sign-off authority for all deal-bound legal documents.
  • Ensure each transaction progresses with rigor, velocity, and risk clarity.

Responsibilities also include fund structuring & entity formation, legal infrastructure & digital systems, litigation, IP, and governance, team leadership & department building, and retainer and counsel partnership.

Requirements include 10+ years of progressive legal experience, prior exposure to venture capital or private equity ecosystems, exceptional command of contract law and corporate governance, and demonstrated ability to lead high-context negotiations and execute legal workstreams at speed and scale.
