Job Title: Legal Compliance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Legal Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of the legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization operates within the boundaries of the law and maintains a strong compliance program.

Job Description:
The Legal Compliance Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to laws and regulations. This will include reviewing and analyzing new legislation, anticipating future legislation, and enforcing adherence to requirements. The successful candidate will also provide advice on public policy, work closely with the government relations team, and support company positions by developing company responses and defenses to complaints, investigations, and administrative proceedings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a JD degree, relevant experience as a compliance counsel, and additional qualifications such as CA/CFA would be preferred. They should also possess extensive report development experience, policy and procedure development experience in a multinational environment, analytical skills relating to business processes, business data, and interpersonal relations, experience in public speaking and business presentation, knowledge of IT industry regulatory standards, independent project management skills, excellent analytical, communication skills, acceptability to innovative approach, and handling change management.
