Job Title

The Social Compliance Professional will be responsible for assessing the social compliance of various organizations.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Regular travel within the country and occasional international travel may be required.

Key Requirements:
  • A degree in Law, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and customer service orientation are necessary.
  • Ability to operate in a multicultural environment with individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • At least 200 verifiable audit days in social compliance and CTPAT auditing, with 3-4 years of experience.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is preferred.
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI, Higg, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Familiarity with International and local labor standards, as well as human rights issues.
