Senior Software Engineer Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the future of risk and compliance technology. We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead the development and implementation of our SRE strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive SRE strategy aligned with company objectives.
  2. Establish real-time monitoring practices to ensure system performance insights.
  3. Promote standard methodologies, including error budgeting, chaos engineering, and disaster recovery planning.
  4. Lead automation initiatives to streamline operational workflows and deployment processes.
  5. Manage end-to-end production support process, including incident management and service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-13 years of experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • Leadership skills with ability to inspire successful SRE teams.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on coding of distributed systems in Java/Python/JavaScript.
  • Knowledge on modern observability stack - splunk, elastic search, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and design.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving culture change, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement.
