About the Role

This is a highly sought-after position for individuals who are passionate about developing scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead the design and development of cutting-edge applications that drive business growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Java or other mid-tier programming languages, as well as strong understanding of microservices architecture, container technologies, and cloud-native applications. Additionally, experience with AI integration, automated testing, and instrumentation will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems
  • Architect, design, and deliver full-stack components or platform layers from ideation to production launch
  • Design AI-integrated services with real-time performance and accuracy considerations
  • Drive Innovation with AI by integrating AI/ML models into new or existing applications
  • Work closely with data science and ML teams to operationalize AI solutions


Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Proficiency in Java or other mid-tier programming languages
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, container technologies, and cloud-native applications
  • Experience with AI integration, automated testing, and instrumentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and foster a high-performance team environment


Bonus Requirements

Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, or event-driven architectures, familiarity with observability tools, contributions to open-source AI or DevOps tooling, and published research or blog posts related to AI or scalable systems will be highly valued.
