Lead Software Architect Job

Responsibilities
  • Develop the technical vision of building and operating highly scalable, distributed data-intensive microservices.
  • Advocate for adopting industry best practices to enhance development standards within the team and organization.
  • Align technical direction with business needs, ensuring correct compromises between short-term business opportunities and long-term technical vision.
  • Assist in hiring, mentoring Engineers, and building fast-growing high-performing teams.
  • Resolve complex problems within own discipline, integrating cross-functional processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, perform thorough design and code reviews, driving best practices to clean maintainable code.
  • Anticipate business challenges impacting operational and financial success, proactively developing solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, Test Driven Development, and Design principles.
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and data management.
  • Expert knowledge of identity and access management domains, including SSO, SAML, OAuth, Fine-Grained Authorization.
  • Exceptional proficiency in .NET or Golang, Java, or similar programming languages.
  • Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Modern technology stacks, API design, microservices, and designing for resilience and operational excellence.
  • Good understanding of IAM services for multi-tenant SaaS at global scale.
  • Strong communication skills, simplifying complex problems to different audiences.
