About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for guiding the development of new features and driving cross-team initiatives to standardize our approach to API & User Experience development and data schemas.

This is a hybrid position that requires a solid track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions. You will work closely with product managers, tech leads, and engineering teams to follow technology roadmaps and communicate status.

The ideal candidate will have mastery in one of Frontend or Backend or Full stack programming, proficiency in one or more programming language or technology including C#, Java, .NET, JavaScript, CSS, React, building RESTful APIs, and experience in using various GenAI tools in SDLC and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide the development of new features and drive cross-team initiatives to standardize our approach to API & User Experience development and data schemas.
  • Work closely with product managers, tech leads, and engineering teams to follow technology roadmaps and communicate status.
  • Deliver scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
  • Mentor engineers in technical approaches and ensure consistent implementation of best practices across the team.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or with an Advanced degree.
  • Mastery in one of Frontend or Backend or Full stack programming.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming language or technology including C#, Java, .NET, JavaScript, CSS, React, building RESTful APIs.
  • Experience in using various GenAI tools in SDLC and optimization.
  • Familiarity with continuous delivery and DevOps practices, including infrastructure automation, monitoring, logging, auditing, and security.
