Highly Skilled Software Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our team. As a software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Software Development: Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using C++ programming language.
- Project Management: Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Infrastructure Development: Contribute improvements to our continuous delivery infrastructure to improve the overall efficiency of our software development process.
- Talent Acquisition: Participate in recruiting and mentoring of top engineering talent to ensure that we have the best team members on board.
- Roadmap Execution: Drive roadmap execution and enhance customer feedback into the product to ensure that our software meets the needs of our customers.
- Agile Development: Develop, collaborate on, and execute Agile development, product scenarios to release high-quality software on a regular cadence.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively assist your team to find and solve development and production software issues through effective collaboration.
- Performance Testing: Contributing to performance testing and various continuous improvement efforts.
- OS, Data Structure, and Algorithms Fundamentals: Strong OS, data structure, and algorithms fundamentals.
- Object-Oriented Programming: Strong hold on object-oriented programming concepts and their implementation through C++.
- Database Technologies: Experience developing database technologies extremely valuable.
- C and Networking: Experience with low-level C and networking is desired but not necessary.
- Database APIs: Experience programming database APIs such as ODBC and using database tools strongly preferred.
- BI Tools: Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and Lumira desirable but not mandatory.
- Memory and Performance Profiling Tools: Experience using any memory and performance profiling tools required.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working with Agile methodology including participating in all team activities, sprint retrospectives, thoughtful code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, status reporting for project stakeholders, etc.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, scrum masters, directors, and executives.
- Decision-Making Skills: Experience taking part in the decision-making process in application code design, solution development, code review.
- Emotional Intelligence: Strong worth ethic and emotional intelligence including being on time for meetings.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-changing environments and adapt to new requirements while following a greater plan.
