Highly Skilled Performance Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled software quality assurance performance engineer to fill a key role in our engineering team. As a critical member, you will be responsible for designing and developing performance test scripts, integrating performance testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines, executing performance, stress, and load tests, analyzing performance results, identifying performance bottlenecks, and reliability concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop performance test scripts.
  • Integrate performance testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Execute performance, stress, and load tests.
  • Analyze performance results and identify performance bottlenecks and reliability concerns.
  • Perform root cause analysis of performance issues using monitoring tools.
  • Recommend database configuration and performance tuning for Oracle and SQL Server.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in performance engineering and automation test development.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Groovy, PowerShell, etc.
  • Fluent English communication and outstanding collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership of complex projects.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins.
  • Experience working in Windows OS and Oracle/MS SQL Server database environments.
  • Knowledge and experience about system architecture layers/technology stack.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software performance issues.
  • Experience using performance monitoring tools such as DynaTrace and Windows Performance Tools or similar tools.
  • Minimum of B.S Computer Science or equivalent.
