Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Angular components aligned with our centralized design system.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop high-quality, maintainable, and performant Angular components that meet our design standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and accessible UI components that align with our brand identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend trends and technologies, and ensure high-quality implementation aligned with accessibility standards and enterprise requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage your expertise in Angular, HTML, CSS, and IRIS components to drive the implementation of micro-frontend interfaces and feature pages for FICO Platform.
  2. Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers through documentation and office hours.
  3. Build developer tools and explore Backend-for-Frontend patterns to improve developer experience and performance.
  4. Drive technical direction of large frontend codebases, lead code reviews, and contribute to scalable design system strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality frontend applications using Angular and related technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
