Business Development Manager

At Lendex Technology, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Sales and Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, market visits, networking, and social media.
- Client Engagement: Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs and concerns, and prepare and deliver presentations on our products and services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create regular reviews and reports on sales and financial data to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Event Participation: Participate in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company to promote our products and services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, and collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge of IT-related products.
- Software Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Marketing and Negotiation: Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Personal Qualities: Fast learner, passion for sales, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
- Presentation Skills: Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Education: Minimum Graduate, Post-Graduate preferred.
- Technical Background: Technical background will be an added advantage.
We are looking for a candidate who has worked with a System Integrator company for 1-2 years and has technical knowledge of solution sales of routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi, wireless point-to-point, surveillance systems, audio & video, video conferencing, and web conferencing.
