- Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to enhance team performance, empowering each member to reach their full potential.
- Drive and manage the internal hiring process, identifying opportunities to promote talent mobility within the organization and capitalize on untapped potential.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment plans that address specific requirements and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to address talent requirements, leveraging data-driven insights to inform informed decision-making and optimize recruitment processes.
- Utilize cutting-edge recruitment tools and strategies to streamline time-to-hire metrics and deliver measurable improvements in recruitment efficiency.
- Partner with senior leadership and business heads to align hiring efforts with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless integration and delivering value-add results.
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices and helping to identify top talent.
- Apply extensive knowledge of the staffing industry to identify top talent, understand market trends, and maintain a robust talent pipeline that drives business success.
- Promote the organization's employer brand within the staffing industry to attract top-tier talent, highlighting unique benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
- Ensure all hiring practices adhere to labor laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with at least 7+ years of experience in strategic recruitment, including 4+ years in a leadership role within the staffing industry.
