Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HR Consultant – Recruitment
to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, providing strategic hiring solutions, and supporting workforce planning initiatives across engineering, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand project manpower needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, and finalize offers in line with company policies.
- Provide consultancy on HR best practices, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Stay updated with market trends in engineering, construction, and infrastructure recruitment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in engineering, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with international recruitment and visa processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, etc.).
