The position of Business Development Manager is available within our organization. We seek a results-oriented and highly motivated individual to drive sales of our IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities through research, including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products, and services.
- Determine the appropriate contact in an organization and establish connections.
- Generate leads and engage with prospective customers through cold calling.
- Maintain relationships with key clients through regular face-to-face or phone meetings.
- Understand customer needs and develop effective strategies to meet these requirements.
- Develop and implement operational changes as necessary to improve business performance.
- Draw up client contracts according to company size and scope.
- Provide product knowledge and advice to clients and team members.
- Train team members and arrange external training where applicable.
- Implement process improvements and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills. They should also be able to multitask, prioritize workload, manage projects, and motivate themselves.
Experience in Management Consultancy and Blockchain Industry is preferred but not required.
