
Sales Growth Executive

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive business growth. You will identify new opportunities, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales by identifying and contacting prospective customers.
- Create and implement account plans for top prospects and conduct face-to-face sales calls.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to understand their needs and business models.
- Utilize customer insights to offer tailored solutions and demonstrate the differential advantages of products and services.
- Provide regular updates on customer needs and market trends to management.
- Negotiate contracts and assist with accounts receivable collections while adhering to company guidelines.
- Drive sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to balance inventory, service, and delivery capabilities with customer expectations.
For this role, we are looking for candidates with intermediate-level experience in sales or a related field. A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
