Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their IT requirements.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate new leads through networking, references, and direct communication.
- Present, promote, and sell IT products and solutions to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met with the right solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain client databases, prepare reports, and update CRM systems.
- Stay updated on IT products, services, and industry trends to provide the best solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory
Strong technical knowledge of IT solutions and products
Prior experience in sales/business development will be an added advantage
Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good presentation & interpersonal skills
