Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales cycle from initiation to closure. The role involves working on bidding platforms and handling outreach-driven sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Work on bidding platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, etc. to secure projects.
- Apply bidding techniques to maximize win ratio and conversion.
- Conduct LinkedIn lead generation and cold outreach-driven sales.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Present and promote IT services and solutions to potential customers.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Good communication and writing skills and must have IT knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in business development or IT sales (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Familiarity with bidding platforms (Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, etc.) and LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
