Cloud Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to oversee and ensure the smooth delivery of cloud managed services projects.

This role focuses on operations and governance, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring seamless execution of technical deliverables. Our ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and leader, capable of managing complex projects, coordinating with clients and technical teams, and driving successful project outcomes.

The Cloud Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end operations for cloud-managed services projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to client expectations, and optimal project outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing robust governance frameworks for efficient project execution and adherence to cloud best practices.
  • Monitoring KPIs and SLAs to maintain operational excellence and continuously improve service quality.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, conducting regular status meetings, and managing expectations effectively.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS, including cloud architecture, security, automation, and scalability.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, and proficiency in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud governance, compliance, and security standards, with a focus on automation for efficiency and reliability.
