The key responsibility of the Compensation Strategy Specialist will be to develop and implement a compensation structure that aligns with the organization's overall philosophy.
- Design a competitive pay structure to retain top talent.

- Develop technology roadmaps for market intelligence and annual planning.
- Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Consult with senior leaders on compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.

- Responsible for defining problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coaching/mentoring the operations team.

- Communicate and brand associate benefits effectively.
- 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA finance/hr.
- Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management.
- Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design & governance.
- Strong network of peers in competitor organizations.
- Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing.
- Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable.
