Acquisitions Lead

">Job Summary">

We are seeking a seasoned acquisitions professional to lead the end-to-end execution of domestic and international M&A transactions. This includes strategic planning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration to support our growth strategy.

Main Responsibilities">

    • Develop and prioritize acquisition or JV opportunities based on market research and competitor analysis.">
    • Perform valuations and prepare investment memos and board presentations for potential targets.">

  3. ">Deal Execution:">
    • ">
    • Lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely transaction closure.">
    • Negotiate agreements and structure deals aligning with legal and tax requirements.">

  4. ">Transaction Structuring & Negotiations:">
    • ">
    • Plan and execute integration with key stakeholders to monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.">
    • Collaborate across functions for deal alignment and manage relationships with advisors and strategic partners.">

  5. ">Post-Merger Integration (PMI):">
    • ">
    • Analyze and implement integration plans with key stakeholders.">
    • Monitor and report on synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.">
    ">Requirements">
    1. ">
    2. ">Education:">
      • ">
      • A degree in finance or a related field such as CA, MBA, or CFA is preferred.">
      ">
    3. ">Experience:">
      • ">
      • 10–15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking.">
      • Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.">
      • A proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle.">
