The Role

We're seeking a charismatic and results-oriented Telesales Superstar to join our team and revolutionize the way people think about energy. In this role, you'll leverage your proven sales expertise to educate potential customers about the benefits of solar power and convert them into lifelong advocates for clean energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact pre-qualified leads interested in solar energy solutions
  • Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar power
  • Craft compelling presentations highlighting the cost savings and environmental impact of going solar
  • Overcome objections and address customer concerns with confidence and expertise
  • Close deals and secure new solar panel installations
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Telesales role, ideally within the Environment / Renewable Energy / Sustainability industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of renewable energy
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to build rapport and trust quickly over the phone
  • A deep understanding of the sales process and strong closing skills
  • A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact
