About the Role:

The Regional Director, Interventional Cardiology will lead the advancement of Boston Scientific ROVUS therapies in the Interventional cardiology space, focusing on South India geographies. The role involves capital equipment sales, customer training, and recurring consumables sales, with a core objective to enhance patient outcomes and customer satisfaction, driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide continuous tools and education to self and team members to ensure up-to-date industry, competitor, and product knowledge.
  • Visit customers and/or potential customers to promote products and services, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and activities in conjunction with the Country Sales Manager.
  • Monitor sales performance, initiate corrective actions, and prepare reports on region management.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of distinguished experience in capital equipment sales, cardiology specialization, and effective team management.
  • Strong selling skills, business management, and clinical excellence.
