Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing and Procurement Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management.

This role will involve developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cost savings, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall procurement process.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Analyze data to inform sourcing decisions and optimize spend
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, contract management, relationship management, and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of business and contract law
  • Ability to engage and lead teams, multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
