Job Title: Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing

• Spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost optimization, sustainability, innovation, and effectiveness across the organization.">
• Develop and implement market-focused sourcing strategies for various goods and services, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.">
• Analyze spend data to identify synergies, leveraging opportunities within and across regions.">
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local business leaders to improve commercial arrangements with vendors and enhance customer experience, product quality, and productivity.">
• Leverage expertise in vendor management, contracting, and negotiation to maximize sourcing value contribution and optimize contract utilization.">
• Define and measure vendor performance metrics to address areas of improvement and explore potential innovations.">
• Lead the coaching, development, and deployment of procurement champions and resources within the region.">
• Maintain effective communication with hotels, ensuring functional alignment and integration of team objectives while monitoring performance.">
• Prepare E-Procurement sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, Contracting) to develop sustainable supply sources for goods and services.">
• Foster a culture of value engineering and continuous improvement in commercial negotiations.">
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new openings, delivering sales and marketing messages to garner support and participation in strategic sourcing.">
• Manage OS&E/FF&E, CAPEX, and risk methodologies for all projects, troubleshooting and resolving hotel challenges with vendors.">
• Owning regional categories or supplier relationships with the potential to service multiple areas or countries.">
• Develop industry, product, and supply base knowledge, forming strategic alliances with key vendors to better understand their supply chain qualifications.">
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory policies and procedures both internally and externally.">
• Pursue continuous improvement in purchasing procedures and standard work to achieve operational excellence.">
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external partners to solve problems and ensure high-quality, reliable sources of supply and information.">
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with vendors to ensure optimal costs and reliable supply according to corporate procurement policies and procedures.">
• Work closely with the corporate strategic sourcing team to facilitate the implementation of corporate agreements in the region.">
• Participate as a regional subject matter expert to support high-priority brand or high-impact divisional projects and global contract implementation.">
• Support the rollout of the global procurement platform to participating hotels within the portfolio.">
• Maintain confidential information related to procurement activities.">
• Prepare regular reports on performance metrics.">

Minimum Qualifications:

• ">
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or other relevant fields.">
• Professional Supply Chain Management certification desired but not required; expectation to obtain with company support.">
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills in English are mandatory.">
• Lean Six Sigma experience and certification is highly desirable.">
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management at a strategic level.">
• Similar experience in Hospitality is required.">
• Strong negotiation, analytical, contract management, relationship management, and project management skills, as well as knowledge of business and contract law.">
• Excellent knowledge and application of advanced MS Excel functions with the ability to organize and work with large data sets.">
• Ability to engage and lead teams, multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.">
• Excellent coaching, mentoring & training skills, ability to lead strategic process discussions, passion for change.">
