Position: Head – Strategic Sourcing (Supply Chain)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality sourcing aligned with business goals. The candidate will drive operational excellence, supplier development, and digital transformation across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services with optimal quality and cost.
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships, both domestic and international.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making and digital dashboards for visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee contract management, vendor development, and logistics.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: B.E. (Mechanical) from a reputed engineering institution
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years, with at least 10 years in defense supply chain
  • Preferred Industry Exposure: Aerospace, defense, Vehicle manufactruring
