Role: Sourcing Merchandiser – Menswear

What You'll Do

  • Hunt down the best woven fabrics and trims, ensuring they meet our design vision and production needs.
  • Own the production process end-to-end from fabrics and trims to printing, embroidery, and finishing touches.
  • Keep quality uncompromised through rigorous checks and quick issue resolution.
  • Stay on top of stock movement, replenish what's selling, re-strategize on what's not.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure great prices, reliable timelines, and premium quality.
  • Keep purchase records, cost sheets, and supplier communications organized and up to date.
  • Balance style and strategy with pricing that meets both market trends and profitability goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience sourcing woven fabrics for menswear.
  • Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Sharp eye for detail, especially in fabric quality and stock accuracy.
  • Deep knowledge of fabric types, textures, and applications in apparel production.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
